Our board

Meet the board.

Six officers and directors, and the New Hope experience they bring with them.

President & Founder

Michael Sklar

Michael co-owns GreenHouse and OldeStone Steakhouse in New Hope and has served on the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce since 2019, the last several years as its president. He's helped bring some of New Hope's biggest nights back to town: fireworks and drone shows over the Delaware, including the America250 celebration that drew more than 10,000 people, Star Wars Day, the return of Restaurant Week, and the summer block party series.

Vice President

Caryn Black

Caryn co-founded B&B Luxury Properties at The Black Group with her daughter, working from offices in the heart of New Hope. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she's represented homes and commercial properties across Bucks County and Philadelphia, hotels and hospitality businesses among them. A New York native who made Bucks County home, she brings a background in marketing and sales to the board.

Treasurer

Amy Berridge

Amy owns Buxmont Social Media & Marketing, where she manages social media for small businesses across Bucks County, including some of the most-followed local business accounts in the area. She's also on the board of the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and runs the Chamber's social media, so when New Hope has big news, Amy's usually the one getting the word out.

Secretary

Mary Brashier

Mary founded Caped Cure-Saders, a New Hope nonprofit that raises money and awareness for pediatric cancer research. During her time on the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce board, she worked alongside Michael to bring fireworks back to the Delaware, helped create the summer block party series, which closed a street for live music, vendors, and outdoor dining, and organized the town's parades, including the holiday parade.

Director

Natalie Bowden

Natalie works in New Hope's hospitality industry and is one of the town's most dedicated community volunteers. She joined the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce in a part-time role, found the work so rewarding that she stepped up to serve on its board, and brings that same commitment to Main Street Spark.

Director

Matt Fisher

Matt is a chief operating officer who ran a high-volume retail location in Lambertville, just across the river from New Hope, and now runs another in Corning, New York. He brings an operator's eye for budgets, logistics, and getting things done on time, which is exactly what a big night on Main Street needs.
